• assistance with everyday tasks;
• purchasing from beneficiary’s means of food, household goods and medicines;
• supporting with food preparation/administration, distribution of lunches (if needed);
• payment from beneficiary’s means of the bills for utilities;
• assistance in dwelling maintenance (house-keeping, water supply);
• laundry services and distribution of the washed clothes;
• basic personal care (toilet,  dressing / undressing);
• assistance in solving administrative issues;
• entrainment of beneficiaries in social and cultural activities;
• maintaining the correspondence with relatives and friends;
• organizing the purchase and transportation of fuel/wood at home from beneficiary’s financial means;
• assistance in house-heating, if needed;
• escort to hospital / walks;
• other services (according to the agreement between the parties).
