INTRODUCTION

AO Casmed, manages the website https://casmed.md, hereinafter called casmed.md undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by you when accessing and completing the Order Form.

AO Casmed, hereinafter “Service Provider”, is the official distributor of the brand’s production and services”Casmed” on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

The service provider, as the author/owner/administrator of the casmed.md website reserves the right to change and update at any time the content of this website, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, without any prior notification, the acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use implies knowledge of their content and the changes made.

The customer accepts the Terms and Conditions by pressing the “Order Confirmation” button, in the last step of registering the order on the website.

COPYRIGHT

The content of the site is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, in general, and by the Law on copyright and related rights no. 139 of 02.07.2010, in particular.

By content is understood, without being limited to any type of materials published on the site or its components, including: images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, scripts, software applications and other data. The owner of the property right on the site is the Service Provider, except in cases where the respective materials belong to third parties.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Brand products and services”Casmed” are made available to the consumer exactly as they are presented by the manufacturer and are offered within the limit of available stock.

The supplier guarantees the quality of the products and services”Casmed”, according to the standards in force of the Republic of Moldova, within the warranty period.

The images are presented on the website as an example and the product descriptions are identical to those made available to us by the manufacturers and correspond to reality at the time of their entry into the database. The provider reserves the right to remove, change or add new parameters to the description without prior notice.

THE PRICES

The prices of the products are displayed on the website for each individual product, they are expressed in Moldovan Lei.

Upon receipt of the goods, a payment receipt will be issued that will include the total amount of the order.

PAYMENT

Payment of orders is possible through the following methods:

• In cash (cash) – upon receipt of the order, you will receive the tax receipt that will confirm the payment.
• With the card – upon receipt of the order, you will receive the tax receipt that will confirm the payment.
• Bank transfer (legal entities) – you can request a payment account on the basis of which you will pay the order and you will receive a tax invoice.
• Online card payment
  • Online payment is made in maximum security using a bank card that allows online transactions. After making the payment you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.
  • The payment processor uses a secure system based on the 3Dsecure standard. 3D Secure means a new global approach to the authentication of buyers and sellers in secure transactions on the Internet. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making the payment to a secure page where the registration of each cardholder is done by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction.
  • The payment card data of the Client/User/Buyer will not be accessible or stored by the casmed.md site but only by the institution authorizing the Transaction or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, about whose identity the Client/User/Buyer will be informed, prior to entering the data.
  • Customers can order online from the casmed.md website using cards issued anywhere in the world. For cards issued abroad, attached to accounts in another currency, the conversion is done in lei at the exchange rate of the issuing bank. Payments made outside the territory of the Republic of Moldova are made in lei.
  • Refunds are made only to the bank card that was used for the purchase and only if the products were not delivered to the customer, the return of the goods is not accepted.
• Data that will be entered to make the payment are the following:
  • Card number (16 digits)
  • Expiry date (month and year)
  • CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
  • The name on the card
• If you choose to pay online with your card, you will be redirected to a secure online payment processor page.
  The card details will not reach any casmed.md employee will not come into possession of the card data. The transaction takes place on the servers of the online payment processor.
  After successfully registering the order, the amount paid will be blocked in your account and will be collected by casmed.md only after confirming the order. Our companydoes not store any sensitive information related to bank cards.

Delivery

The delivery period may be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, public holiday periods, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of the situations mentioned above.

You can choose any address for delivery – home, office or any other address, without additional payments. We only accept one delivery address per order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register different orders for each address.

DISPUTES AND FINAL DISPOSITIONS

Any misunderstanding, problem arising at the time of purchase, payment, or delivery of products purchased through casmed.md and which is not regulated by any article of this document or the terms of payment and delivery, will be resolved amicably in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

If the amicable settlement of the dispute is not successful, the competence rests with the national courts.

Continued use of this site implies implicit and unconditional acceptance of the respective terms.
