A group of 21 workers, employed in Social and medical home care project implemented by NGO “CASMED” attended during June 16-18 a training on “Developing communication skills with different groups of beneficiaries”. Subjects like specifics of communication with elderly, strategies for addressing the attitudes towards the old age, counseling focused on resources and professional burning were analyzed and discussed by the participants within the activities in pairs, role plays and interactive exercises, coordinated by Mrs Maria Lungu, trainer and expert in Psychology and Communication.
