Overall Objective: To increase the level of resilience of the CASMED organization to widen the access of vulnerable groups to social and medical services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Activities: The social innovation laboratory will be equipped with the necessary equipment to provide online training for employees (interactive whiteboard, projector, webcam, microphone, speakers). Subsequently, two online trainings will be conducted with the topics “Reducing stress at work” and “COVID-19 virus prevention methods” for CASMED employees.
The above activities contribute to the modernization of the technical-material base of the organization, the development of digital skills among staff, as well as increasing the level of resilience of CASMED to maintain the delivery of services to vulnerable groups in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
