Overall objective: To strengthen the level of resilience of CASMED organization to increase the access of vulnerable groups to care services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic
Outcome 1: CASMED staff are protected, trained and prepared to work in the context of COVID-19
Indicators:
- 100% of employees have successfully completed the training program, are informed about taking care of their mental health and respect the protection measures;
- CASMED delivers home care services for at least 750 elderly and disabled people, without syncope;
- Functional multi-media room for employee training.
