MOBILE TEAM: CONSOLIDATED EXPERTISE FOR QUALITY SERVICES
| 20.02.2025In an ever-changing society, adaptation and development are essential to provide high-quality services. The Mobile Team in the Rîșcani district has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to this principle, consistently investing in the professional development of its members. A series of training initiatives, conducted between September 2024 and January 2025, have strengthened the team’s expertise, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism, all to better serve people with disabilities in the community.
The manager of the “Mobile Team” service, Ms. Bîtca Ana, along with the medical assistant and kinesiotherapist, Ms. Fetescu Valentina, and the psychologist, Ms. Ojog Nina, form a multidisciplinary team, prepared to meet the diverse needs of beneficiaries.
Ms. Fetescu participated in a specialization course in therapeutic massage and curative gymnastics, an investment in her ability to provide medical rehabilitation to patients, including those with reduced mobility. She also completed a practical course in the care and mobilization of immobilized beneficiaries, being prepared to provide appropriate and safe support to people with special needs.
The entire Mobile Team staff participated in a practical course on documentation management, a key competence to ensure a clear and accurate record of activities and progress of each beneficiary. This facilitates effective communication and careful monitoring of each case, vital elements for the success of interventions.
Communication skills are essential in working with people with multiple disabilities. Team members attended a training focused on improving these skills, developing specific techniques for adapting language and communication style, using non-verbal communication and managing difficult behaviors. The purpose of this training was to create an empathetic and supportive environment for beneficiaries.
Psychologist Ojog Nina benefited from a mentoring program focused on intervention techniques for children with multiple disabilities. This specialization allows her to evaluate, intervene and support the development of these children in a personalized way, adapted to the individual needs of each one, thus maximizing their potential.
Ms. Fetescu also participated in a mentoring program focused on the care and rehabilitation of children with multiple disabilities. She has gained skills in developing and implementing personalized intervention plans, as well as in using neuromuscular facilitation methods and exercises for muscle tone, contributing to the physical and motor development of children.
Through these professional training initiatives, the Mobile Team demonstrates a firm commitment to providing high-quality services, tailored to the specific needs of each beneficiary. The consolidated expertise of the team members ensures a complex and efficient approach, contributing to improving the quality of life of people who benefit from the Mobile Team’s services.
„CASMED” NGO recognizes the Mobile Team as an essential component in its broader strategy to advance social inclusion and protect the rights of individuals with disabilities. This project is designed to provide not only practical support but also to foster a more receptive and understanding community.
